BUSINESS ENTITY

References to "Team Collectors", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operator of the Team Collectors business and website.

Nothing in these policies shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, employment, franchise, or joint venture relationship between Team Collectors and any customer.

All purchases are made solely between the customer and Team Collectors under the terms set forth in these policies.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Team Collectors reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Collectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Collectors' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable transaction.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to a purchase, transaction, product, service, or interaction with Team Collectors shall first be submitted to Team Collectors in writing and the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter informally before commencing legal proceedings.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

TERMS OF SALE

By purchasing from Team Collectors, the customer agrees to the following:

IN-STORE PURCHASES

ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating products prior to purchase.

By completing an in-store purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item and have independently determined that the item meets their expectations.

Team Collectors shall not be responsible for changes in market value, buyer's remorse, change of mind, investment performance, grading outcomes, pull rates, future availability, or any other subjective dissatisfaction occurring after the purchase is completed.

Customers are encouraged to exercise caution, conduct their own research, and make purchasing decisions based on their own judgment.

ONLINE PURCHASES

ALL ONLINE SALES ARE FINAL.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, pricing information, shipping information, and order details before submitting an order.

By placing an order through the Team Collectors website or any other online sales channel operated by Team Collectors, the customer acknowledges that they have independently determined that the product, condition, quantity, and price meet their expectations.

Team Collectors shall not be responsible for changes in market value, buyer's remorse, change of mind, investment performance, grading outcomes, pull rates, future availability, delayed grading results, future reprints, or any other subjective dissatisfaction occurring after the order is submitted.

Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of Team Collectors' Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers are encouraged to conduct their own research and make purchasing decisions based on their own independent judgment.

ONLINE ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, pricing, photographs, shipping information, and order details prior to submitting an order.

Orders may not be cancelled, modified, withdrawn, or reversed by the customer once submitted unless expressly approved by Team Collectors.

Submission of an order constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance that:

• Collectible products are speculative in nature and may increase or decrease in value at any time.

• Market prices may fluctuate significantly before or after purchase.

• Product condition assessments are subjective.

• Third-party grading outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Sealed product contents, pull rates, hit rates, and future value cannot be guaranteed.

• Pricing methodologies may differ from third-party pricing services, marketplaces, auctions, or other retailers.

• Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and fulfilled by Team Collectors.

• Shipping delays, carrier delays, customs delays, and other circumstances outside Team Collectors' control may occur.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product information and have independently determined that the item, condition, quantity, price, and transaction terms meet their expectations.

Team Collectors reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, modify, or reject any order at any time prior to shipment, pickup, or completion of the transaction for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, verification concerns, product unavailability, abusive conduct, or inability to fulfill the order.

PRODUCT CONDITION

All product descriptions, photographs, and condition assessments are provided in good faith.

Condition grading is subjective.

Team Collectors reserves sole discretion in determining the condition of all products offered for sale.

CONDITION DISPUTES

Condition assessments are opinions and not guarantees.

Customers acknowledge that condition standards may vary between collectors, dealers, grading companies, marketplaces, and individuals.

Differences between Team Collectors' condition assessment and a customer's personal opinion, grading outcome, third-party opinion, marketplace description, or grading company determination shall not constitute grounds for refund, cancellation, return, exchange, chargeback, or compensation.

THIRD-PARTY GRADING AND AUTHENTICATION

Opinions, determinations, grades, designations, authenticity findings, error classifications, qualifiers, labels, or other conclusions issued by third-party grading or authentication companies are independent opinions and may differ from the opinions of Team Collectors.

Team Collectors makes no guarantee that any card, collectible, sealed product, autograph, or other item will receive any particular grade, designation, authentication result, error classification, or market value from any third-party grading or authentication service.

Differences between Team Collectors' assessment and any third-party grading or authentication determination shall not constitute grounds for refund, return, exchange, cancellation, chargeback, compensation, or legal claim.

PRICING, VALUATION & QUOTATION POLICY

WEBSITE PRICING VS. IN-STORE PRICING

Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices offered in-store. Website transactions and in-store transactions may involve different operating costs, payment processing fees, promotional programs, inventory allocation, taxes, shipping considerations, marketplace conditions, and business factors.

As a result, pricing for the same product may vary between our website, physical store, events, conventions, marketplaces, and other sales channels operated by Team Collectors.

Customers acknowledge and accept that pricing differences between sales channels are normal and do not constitute an error, misrepresentation, or grounds for refund, cancellation, price adjustment, or compensation.

MARKET DATA AND PRICING ALGORITHMS

Website pricing may be generated or assisted by proprietary pricing models, automated tools, third-party market data, or internal pricing algorithms.

Such systems may reference data from sources including, but not limited to:

• TCGplayer

• Collectr

• PriceCharting

• Card Ladder

• Marketplace sales data

• Auction results

• Distributor pricing

• Other valuation sources that may be adopted in the future

Customers acknowledge that no pricing engine, market index, algorithm, or valuation platform is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or universally accepted.

Different pricing services frequently produce different valuations for the same item due to differences in methodology, sales data, market coverage, update frequency, condition assumptions, and business logic.

Accordingly, a difference between Team Collectors' pricing and any third-party pricing source shall not, by itself, be considered evidence of error, unfair pricing, deceptive conduct, bad faith, or inaccurate valuation.

IN-STORE QUOTES AND VALUATIONS

Any buy, sell, trade, consignment, purchase, or valuation quote provided by Team Collectors staff is based on our independent business judgment at the time the quote is issued.

When determining a quote, Team Collectors may consider factors including, but not limited to:

• Current market demand

• Product scarcity and availability

• Product rarity

• Card condition and authenticity

• Market volatility

• Inventory levels

• Liquidity and sell-through rate

• Historical sales performance

• Competing offers

• Reprint risk

• Product desirability

• Business operating costs

• Customer service considerations

• Any other factors deemed relevant by Team Collectors

Customers acknowledge that Team Collectors is under no obligation to match any third-party price, marketplace listing, auction result, buylist, trade offer, pricing application, or valuation source.

QUOTES ARE NOT GUARANTEED

All prices, quotes, valuations, offers, and listings are subject to change without notice until a transaction has been completed and payment has been accepted.

A quoted price does not create any obligation for Team Collectors to complete a transaction.

Team Collectors reserves the right to decline, modify, withdraw, or correct any quote, offer, valuation, listing, or transaction at any time prior to completion.

BUYLIST OFFERS AND QUOTATIONS

Any verbal, written, online, telephone, social media, email, text message, or in-person quote provided by Team Collectors is non-binding until the transaction has been completed and consideration has been exchanged.

Team Collectors reserves the right to modify, withdraw, refuse, or re-evaluate any quote or offer at any time prior to completion of the transaction.

No quote shall create any contractual obligation until Team Collectors expressly accepts and completes the transaction.

MARKET VOLATILITY

Trading card, collectible, gaming, and hobby product markets may fluctuate rapidly and without notice.

Prices may increase or decrease before, during, or after a transaction due to market conditions, supply, demand, scarcity, speculation, reprints, tournament results, media coverage, grading trends, or other factors.

Team Collectors shall not be responsible for any loss, missed opportunity, market appreciation, market depreciation, or perceived difference in value occurring before or after a transaction.

Customers acknowledge that all purchases, sales, trades, and investment decisions are made at their own risk.

PRICE MATCHING

Unless expressly stated in writing by Team Collectors, Team Collectors does not offer price matching.

Team Collectors reserves sole discretion in determining whether any price match request will be accepted.

Marketplace listings, auctions, asking prices, sold listings, private transactions, social media listings, and third-party pricing services shall not obligate Team Collectors to offer any particular price.

ONLINE INVENTORY, PRODUCT INFORMATION & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Website inventory, product descriptions, images, availability indicators, pricing information, and product details are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Products may become unavailable due to in-store sales, event sales, inventory discrepancies, damage, theft, administrative error, supplier issues, or other circumstances.

PRICING ERRORS

Team Collectors reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from:

• Pricing errors

• Typographical errors

• Technical errors

• Incorrect product listings

• Website malfunctions

• Algorithmic pricing errors

• Inventory synchronization errors

In such cases, the customer's sole remedy shall be a refund of any amount actually paid.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Team Collectors.

Team Collectors reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, modify, or reject any order prior to shipment, pickup, or completion of the transaction for any lawful reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, verification concerns, product unavailability, or inability to fulfill the order.

SEALED PRODUCT POLICY

All sealed products are sold as received from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or prior owners.

Team Collectors does not guarantee:

• Pack contents

• Pull rates

• Hit rates

• Card distribution

• Factory quality control

• Manufacturing defects

• Packaging integrity

• Seal integrity

• Grading outcomes

• Future value

Variations in centering, print quality, surface quality, packaging condition, factory damage, missing inserts, production defects, or manufacturer quality-control issues shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, exchange, chargeback, or compensation.

Customers acknowledge that opening, handling, storing, grading, or reselling sealed products involves inherent risk and uncertainty.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

Team Collectors may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pickup Payment options at its sole discretion.

We accept CAD and USD cash payments. Gold and silver bullion may be accepted at Team Collectors' sole discretion. Coins are not accepted.

By selecting COD, the customer acknowledges that:

• The order is a request to purchase and does not constitute acceptance by Team Collectors.

• Product availability is not guaranteed.

• Inventory may be released if payment is not completed within the timeframe specified by Team Collectors.

• A valid government-issued photo ID and phone number may be required.

• Team Collectors may require additional verification before completing the transaction.

Team Collectors reserves the right to verify customer information, refuse service, cancel any order, modify accepted payment methods, remove COD eligibility, release held inventory, or terminate any transaction at any time and for any lawful reason.

Repeated failure to complete COD orders may result in cancellation of future orders, loss of COD privileges, and refusal of future service.

CUSTOMER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers are solely responsible for inspecting products before completing a purchase, sale, trade, consignment, or other transaction.

Completion of a transaction constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that the product, condition, quantity, authenticity, and transaction terms are satisfactory.

Failure to inspect an item prior to completing a transaction shall not create any obligation on the part of Team Collectors.

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of goods transfers upon shipment or pickup.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

FRAUD PREVENTION

Team Collectors reserves the right to verify any transaction.

Verification may include:

• Government-issued identification

• Proof of address

• Payment verification

• Signature confirmation

• Additional documentation

ORDER HOLDS

Team Collectors may delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of fraud.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Team Collectors before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Any customer found engaging in:

• Fraudulent chargebacks

• False delivery claims

• Item-switching schemes

• Payment fraud

• Identity fraud

• Return fraud

may be subject to:

• Permanent account bans

• Order cancellation

• Refusal of future service

• Collection efforts

• Civil legal action

• Reporting to law enforcement

EVIDENCE

Team Collectors may provide transaction records, order records, shipping records, communications, photographs, video recordings, pickup records, signature records, IP logs, and other evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, legal authorities, or courts.

CHARGEBACK RECOVERY COSTS

Where permitted by law, customers found to have initiated a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute may be held responsible for any costs incurred by Team Collectors in defending or recovering such claims.

Such costs may include administrative expenses, payment processor fees, collection costs, legal fees, court costs, investigation expenses, and other reasonable recovery costs.

BUYING, SELLING & TRADE-IN POLICY

ALL SALES, TRADES, AND BUYLIST TRANSACTIONS WITH TEAM COLLECTORS ARE FINAL.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting all offers prior to completing a transaction.

Once payment, store credit, trade value, or other consideration has been accepted by the customer, the transaction is deemed complete and final.

OWNERSHIP OF ALL ITEMS SOLD OR TRADED TO TEAM COLLECTORS TRANSFERS IMMEDIATELY TO TEAM COLLECTORS UPON COMPLETION OF THE TRANSACTION.

Items sold or traded to Team Collectors cannot be repurchased, reclaimed, reversed, exchanged, cancelled, or returned based on:

• Change of mind

• Seller's remorse

• Market price increases

• Grading results

• Future market conditions

• Subsequent offers received elsewhere

• Any other subjective reason

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether they wish to sell, trade, consign, or otherwise transfer ownership of their property.

Team Collectors reserves the right to verify ownership, request government-issued identification, refuse any transaction, or retain records relating to any transaction where permitted by law.

FORCE MAJEURE

Team Collectors shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, loss, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, power outages, internet outages, supplier failures, shipping disruptions, labour disputes, government actions, public health emergencies, theft, vandalism, cyber incidents, or other unforeseen events.

In such circumstances, Team Collectors reserves the right to delay, modify, suspend, or cancel affected transactions without further liability beyond refunding any amount actually paid where required.

FINAL INTERPRETATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Collectors reserves the right to interpret, administer, apply, and enforce these policies and terms.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or waive any rights, remedies, protections, or obligations provided under applicable law.
