TERMS OF SERVICE

BUSINESS ENTITY

References to "Team Collectors", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the operator of the Team Collectors business and website.

Nothing in these policies shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, employment, franchise, or joint venture relationship between Team Collectors and any customer.

All purchases are made solely between the customer and Team Collectors under the terms set forth in these policies.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Team Collectors reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Collectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product or service.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Collectors' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable transaction.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to a purchase, transaction, product, service, or interaction with Team Collectors shall first be submitted to Team Collectors in writing and the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter informally before commencing legal proceedings.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

TERMS OF SALE

By purchasing from Team Collectors, the customer agrees to the following:

IN-STORE PURCHASES

ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating products prior to purchase.

By completing an in-store purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item and have independently determined that the item meets their expectations.

Team Collectors shall not be responsible for changes in market value, buyer's remorse, change of mind, investment performance, grading outcomes, pull rates, future availability, or any other subjective dissatisfaction occurring after the purchase is completed.

Customers are encouraged to exercise caution, conduct their own research, and make purchasing decisions based on their own judgment.

PRODUCT CONDITION

All product descriptions, photographs, and condition assessments are provided in good faith.

Condition grading is subjective.

Team Collectors reserves sole discretion in determining the condition of all products offered for sale.

PRICING ERRORS

Team Collectors reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from:

• Pricing errors
• Typographical errors
• Technical errors
• Incorrect product listings
• Website malfunctions

In such cases, the customer's sole remedy shall be a refund of the amount paid.

INVENTORY ERRORS

Inventory levels are not guaranteed.

Team Collectors reserves the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable, oversold, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

PULL RATES AND PRODUCT OUTCOMES

Team Collectors does not guarantee:

• Pull rates
• Specific cards
• Product value
• Investment performance
• Card condition
• Future market prices
• Grading results

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of goods transfers upon shipment or pickup.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

FRAUD PREVENTION

Team Collectors reserves the right to verify any transaction.

Verification may include:

• Government-issued identification
• Proof of address
• Payment verification
• Signature confirmation
• Additional documentation

ORDER HOLDS

Team Collectors may delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order suspected of fraud.

CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact Team Collectors before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.

FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS

Any customer found engaging in:

• Fraudulent chargebacks
• False delivery claims
• Item-switching schemes
• Payment fraud
• Identity fraud
• Return fraud

may be subject to:

• Permanent account bans
• Order cancellation
• Refusal of future service
• Collection efforts
• Civil legal action
• Reporting to law enforcement

EVIDENCE

Team Collectors may provide transaction records, order records, shipping records, communications, photographs, video recordings, pickup records, signature records, IP logs, and other evidence to payment processors or legal authorities.

BUYING, SELLING & TRADE-IN POLICY

ALL SALES, TRADES, AND BUYLIST TRANSACTIONS WITH TEAM COLLECTORS ARE FINAL.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting all offers prior to completing a transaction.

Once payment, store credit, trade value, or other consideration has been accepted by the customer, the transaction is deemed complete and final.

OWNERSHIP OF ALL ITEMS SOLD OR TRADED TO TEAM COLLECTORS TRANSFERS IMMEDIATELY TO TEAM COLLECTORS UPON COMPLETION OF THE TRANSACTION.

Items sold or traded to Team Collectors cannot be repurchased, reclaimed, reversed, exchanged, cancelled, or returned based on:

• Change of mind
• Seller's remorse
• Market price increases
• Grading results
• Future market conditions
• Subsequent offers received elsewhere
• Any other subjective reason

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether they wish to sell, trade, consign, or otherwise transfer ownership of their property.

Team Collectors shall not be responsible for buyer's remorse, seller's remorse, missed opportunities, future appreciation in value, or changes in market conditions following completion of a transaction.

Team Collectors reserves the right to verify ownership, request government-issued identification, refuse any transaction, or retain records relating to any transaction where permitted by law.
