Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer are considered properly delivered.

LOST PACKAGES

Team Collectors is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once the carrier records delivery.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Team Collectors reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers may be required to present valid government-issued identification before receiving their order.
