ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final.

NO RETURNS

Team Collectors does not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, accessories, event tickets, sale items, and clearance items.

NO REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Product value fluctuations

• Market price changes

• Pull results

• Grading outcomes

• Packaging imperfections

• Shipping delays outside our control

NO CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled once submitted unless expressly approved by Team Collectors.

TCG PRODUCTS

All trading card game products are sold on a final-sale basis.

Team Collectors does not guarantee pull rates, pack contents, grading outcomes, future value, investment performance, or market prices.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Manufacturer defects, print defects, packaging defects, factory damage, quality-control issues, missing inserts, missing cards, centering issues, or similar manufacturing issues are not the responsibility of Team Collectors.

Customers should contact the manufacturer directly where applicable.

ORDER ERRORS

If Team Collectors ships an incorrect item, Team Collectors may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, correction, store credit, refund, or other remedy deemed appropriate.
