By placing an order with Team Collectors, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

NO RETURNS

Team Collectors does not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Graded cards
• Booster packs
• Booster boxes
• Elite Trainer Boxes
• Collection boxes
• Tins
• Accessories
• Event tickets
• Sale items
• Clearance items

NO REFUNDS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Product value fluctuations
• Market price changes
• Pull results
• Grading outcomes
• Packaging imperfections
• Shipping delays outside our control

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

ORDER ERRORS

If Team Collectors ships the incorrect item, Team Collectors reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Manufacturer defects, print defects, packaging defects, damaged cards inside sealed products, centering issues, quality control issues, missing cards, or factory damage are not the responsibility of Team Collectors.

Customers must contact the manufacturer directly.
